Easy check-in, parking in basement. The rooms with a balcony, nice furniture, air hockey. Excellent, efficient staff towards all guests. Central location, not too far away from Policeman's Creek Boardwalk.

The location close to Raw Distillery and the downtown area with nearby freeway access, shops, public transport, and the highway was very convenient.

The suite that we stayed in was very comfortable and roomy. Fully equiped kitchen and lots of linen and towels. The suite also has a washer and dryer. Two couples or a family of four could stay in this room in comfort. Close to the national parks and near downtown area of Canmore. The underground parking is a big plus if you are there for a winter ski trip.
It would have been nice if we had daily maid service.

The hotel is centrally located in the mountains. It is situated next to the grocery store and downtown Canmore, both within a 7-10 minute walk. - It provides easy access to most Banff scenic spots and downtown.

Each day we toured the local area, admiring the scenery.
The second bedroom could have been designed to be a bit bigger. It needed more drawer space. As my friends needed to use their suitcases for storage of their clothes.

We were impressed at the price...it was cheaper than most hotels in the area. The kitchen was nice to have.
We didn't like that we had to clean up atfer ourselves...The maid service was noexsistant and you are charged if you want maids to do anymore than empty your trash daily. The suites needed a good cleaning. The main stuff was clean but thingd like the air returns and fireplace had big clumps of dust/dirt on them.

This place is family-run and has amazing views that are a nice bonus. the staff is super friendly and always ready to help with big smiles. the room is separate from the rest of the space and the bathroom is updated. the bed is incredibly comfy and check-in is a breeze. 😊
